Submit Request
You begin by clicking the “Request Sick Note” button on the homepage. You'll be asked to fill out a short form where you explain why you need the sick note. You can include:
- Your health issue or reason (e.g., fever, injury, mental health, etc.)
- Preferred sick leave date(s)
- Additional notes you want the physician to consider
Create Account Automatically
Once you submit the form, our system automatically creates an account for you. You'll receive a welcome email that includes:
- Your login credentials (email + password)
- A reference ID for your sick note request
- You can log into your dashboard at any time to track the status of your request.
Make Payment to Activate Your Order
- To proceed, you’ll need to complete a secure online payment.
- This activates your sick note order and puts it into processing.
- Until payment is made, your order will remain in “Pending” status.
We support fast and secure payments, and once done, a physician will be assigned to your case right away.
Physician Review & Drafting
A certified physician reviews the request you submitted.
- Validate your sick note request based on the details you provided
- Draft a professional and valid sick note
- Include any relevant advice or precautions, when needed
During this time, your order status will move from Processing → Draft → Completed in your dashboard.
Download Your Sick Note (Within 2 Hours)
- Once the doctor completes your sick note, you will receive an email notification.
- You can log into your account and download the signed sick note as a PDF file from the “Sick Notes” section.
- All of this happens within 2 hours of payment—so you get what you need quickly, reliably, and professionally.
